Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing all necessary advertising administrative and production services and assisting with developing creative concepts, designs, and production of printed and digital materials to CCCH brand specifications and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Coordinates media buys including radio, print, digital, outdoor, and social media placements.; works with media partners to ensure schedules, creative, assets, and deadlines are met.
  • Assist with concepts and creation/updates of all digital, media, audio/visual and online marketing campaigns and production.
  • Assist with all media trafficking and electronic file transfers to media vendors, as directed by production team, to meet all deadlines.
  • Responsible for the final treatment and distribution of all collateral materials throughout the property.
  • Assist the Advertising and Production Team with copywriting and proofing as needed.
  • Manage the processing, distribution, and maintenance of incoming/outgoing mail, reports, and advertising/production records.
  • Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled department and events meetings.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of materials, forms, and production supplies to meet department production demands without interruption.
  • Communicate with vendors to receive quotes and place orders for equipment and supplies for the department as assigned.
  • Partner with other departments to assist with creation of branded communication materials.
  • Assist with promotions and events as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):
Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
  1. Required Education: HS DIPLOMA Preferred Education: 2YR DEGREE
  2. Work Experience:
    1. Prefer 5 years' experience in technical production and graphic design, website maintenance.
  3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Must have a working knowledge of Adobe In-Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Must have strong Microsoft products knowledge and experience.
  • Must have excellent communication (verbal, written) skills.
  • Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow complex instruction manuals, directives, etc.
  • Must be able to maintain professional composure in fast-paced, high-stress situations.

  • Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
