Position Overview

PHOS is seeking a Creative Team Lead to lead our team of designers and content creators and produce high quality website design to clients. This person is the guide and gatekeeper of creative excellence at PHOS, setting the tone for quality across all creative deliverables—including brand systems, designs, digital campaigns, digital ads, copywriting, photography, and videography.

Their role extends beyond managing creative output; they think strategically about how each deliverable supports our clients’ bottom line and advances PHOS’s position as a digital marketing agency that does excellent work. With a clear vision and a focus on innovation, the Creative Team Lead leads the creative process from concept to execution, helping our team and our clients succeed.

The Creative Team Lead is not only responsible for leading creative deliverables, but also for leading and managing people. They play a crucial role in providing guidance, instruction, coaching, and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills, manage their dreams, and achieve company goals.

  • Minimum of 5 years of graphic and website design
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading creative vision and strategy

  • Lead the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for the Creative Team, facilitating Level 10 Meetings and Quarterly Planning Sessions.
  • Hire and onboard new team members, offer mentorship and guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Push team members to grow by helping them to form stretch goals for themselves, providing necessary resources, training, and support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows, streamline communication, and implement new tools or technologies that enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively provide critical and actionable feedback on a variety of creative deliverables, including, but not limited to: logos, web designs, videos, content writing, digital campaign concepts and assets, copywriting, photography, and design.
  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions as needed.
  • Anticipate problems that may impede a project from being completed on time and implement solutions.
  • Cast vision for new opportunities, tools, or systems that will foster more creative work and higher-quality deliverables.
  • Champion PHOS’ verbal and visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all marketing and creative channels.
  • Collaborate with the PHOS sales and marketing to outline strategies for prospective clients.
