Position Overview

The Associate, AI Advertising Automation & Campaign Operations will support the planning, creation, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

This role combines performance marketing, generative AI, campaign operations, and marketing automation. The Associate will help use AI tools, including AWS Bedrock and large language models, to generate ad copy, campaign concepts, creative variants, product content, landing page content, and performance reports at scale.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytical, and interested in using AI and software workflows to improve advertising performance, return on ad spend, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI Advertising Automation: Help develop workflows that use AWS Bedrock, large language models, and agentic software tools to generate ad copy, campaign concepts, creative variants, product descriptions, landing page content, and testing frameworks.
  • Campaign Management: Support the planning, launch, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Advertising Platform Support: Assist with campaign structures, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, creative tests, keywords, placements, and reporting cadences.
  • ROI Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, LTV, contribution margin, and payback period.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that connect advertising spend to revenue, margin, and business outcomes.
  • Content Operations: Help organize AI-generated ad assets, campaign content, approvals, metadata, and publishing workflows.
  • Prompt and Workflow Development: Create prompt libraries, review methods, and approval workflows to ensure AI-generated advertising content is accurate, brand-safe, compliant, and performance-oriented.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, engineering, product, and business stakeholders to connect advertising workflows with AWS services, APIs, databases, CMS tools, and advertising platform data.
  • Optimization: Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements to targeting, creative, messaging, budget allocation, bidding, and landing page experience.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain campaign documentation, workflow guides, prompt templates, reporting procedures, and operating instructions.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, ecommerce, or a related analytical role.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least two advertising platforms, e.g. Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, ROI analysis, campaign optimization, and budget management.
  • Experience using generative AI tools to create marketing content, campaign concepts, ad copy, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive, platform‑specific ad copy and campaign messaging.
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Interest in AI agents, marketing automation, CMS workflows, and scalable content operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Cloud Computing. Certified in AWS, or willingness to get certified.
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, or related AWS services.
  • Familiarity with advertising platform APIs, ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, or CRM tools, e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads.
  • Experience building or managing a CMS, content workflow, product content database, or marketing asset system.
  • Basic scripting or technical skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or no‑code/low‑code automation tools.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, retrieval‑augmented generation, or AI workflow orchestration.
  • Experience in ecommerce, Amazon Marketplace, retail media, B2B SaaS, or performance‑driven lead generation.
  • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, marketing mix analysis, and margin‑aware campaign optimization.
