Position Overview:

Sierra H Broadcasting is looking for driven, creative, and experienced media sales professionals to join our dynamic sales team. If you’re passionate about building relationships, developing big ideas, and helping businesses grow, this is your opportunity to shine.

In this role, you’ll create and present exciting, customized marketing campaigns that tap into the full power of our platforms—including radio, digital, social media, video, live events, and web solutions. You’ll combine the impact of traditional broadcasting with cutting‑edge digital strategies to craft results‑focused campaigns that help our advertising partners stand out and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present comprehensive marketing plansforlocal, direct decision-makers.
  • Utilize our broad range of media capabilities to design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Excel in prospecting new business opportunities and building lasting relationships.
  • Solveproblems creatively and ethically to meet client needs and drive results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and support one another.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing accounts to growrevenue.
  • Ability to create, present and sell multi-media proposals including all assets: radio, digital, event sponsorships, etc.
  • Accurately forecast revenue to management and provide clear and concise recaps including proof of performance toclients.
  • Work closely with support staff and other departments to ensure smooth executionofcampaigns.
  • Understand and proficiently use all research and marketing resources provided by thestation.
  • Be available for weekend and evening supervision and participation in station or client events outside of the normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by yourmanager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in media sales, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital media.
  • Proven experience utilizing media sales software, research data and systems.
  • Exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Creative, tenacious, and motivated to deliver results.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to helping local businesses grow.
  • Superiorwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalappearance and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability todesign, deliver and execute marketing strategies and presentations.
  • Priordemonstrated prospecting experience through cold calling,networking,andmeeting functions.
  • Proven trackrecord of reaching sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with Power Point, Excel,Outlook,and Word.
  • Must have reliable personal transportation .

  • Must be willing to work from office in Phoenix, AZ
  • Must have a valid driver’slicense.
