Forecasting & Business Analysis
- Consolidate and maintain sales forecasts across accounts, channels, and categories.
- Track performance against plans, budgets, and seasonal targets.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory positions, order book health, and business risks.
- Deliver recommendations to improve commercial performance.
- Interface with key wholesale partners
- Develop LRP in coordination with key account leaders.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools.
- Manage SPS and Power BI data feeds, reporting development and accuracy including but not limited to Data modeling, DAX measures and row level security
- Support executive reporting and business reviews.
- Translate complex data into clear business insights.
Systems & Process Management
- Serve as primary administrator for sales-related platforms and reporting tools.
- Support future CRM and B2B platform implementations and enhancements.
- Drive user adoption and process compliance.
- Ensure data quality and system integrity.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as key liaison between Sales, Planning, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
- Support seasonal planning activities and forecasting reviews.
- Coordinate data and reporting needs for cross-functional stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- Build and develop a high-performing Sales Analytics and Planning organization.
- Coach and develop direct reports while fostering a culture of results, accountability and continuous improvement.
