Job Description
OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations serves as the operational and analytical backbone of the North America sales organization. This role is responsible for leading a team focused on forecasting, reporting, dashboard development and maintenance, business analysis, door performance, wholesale account planning, sales platform administration, and cross-functional coordination that enables effective commercial execution.
Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this individual transforms data into actionable insights, improves business processes, and helps drive alignment between Sales, Planning, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
Forecasting & Business Analysis
  • Consolidate and maintain sales forecasts across accounts, channels, and categories.
  • Track performance against plans, budgets, and seasonal targets.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory positions, order book health, and business risks.
  • Deliver recommendations to improve commercial performance.
  • Interface with key wholesale partners
  • Develop LRP in coordination with key account leaders.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools.
  • Manage SPS and Power BI data feeds, reporting development and accuracy including but not limited to Data modeling, DAX measures and row level security
  • Support executive reporting and business reviews.
  • Translate complex data into clear business insights.

Systems & Process Management
  • Serve as primary administrator for sales-related platforms and reporting tools.
  • Support future CRM and B2B platform implementations and enhancements.
  • Drive user adoption and process compliance.
  • Ensure data quality and system integrity.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Act as key liaison between Sales, Planning, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
  • Support seasonal planning activities and forecasting reviews.
  • Coordinate data and reporting needs for cross-functional stakeholders.

Team Leadership
  • Build and develop a high-performing Sales Analytics and Planning organization.
  • Coach and develop direct reports while fostering a culture of results, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage priorities and resource allocation across multiple business initiatives.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, planning, finance, or related commercial functions.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI and Snowflake business intelligence/reporting skills.
  • Experience with forecasting and demand planning processes.
  • 3+ years of leadership is preferred.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Experience within a wholesale, consumer goods, footwear, apparel, or outdoor brand environment preferred.
