Required Skills:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on Information Technology projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
A minimum of three (3) years of gathering requirements and defining use cases for Information Technology projects utilizing Agile methodology.
A minimum of (2) years acting as a product owner or analyst constructing, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlogs.
Possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Valid Scrum Certified Product Owner Certification from Scrum.org or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance.
Valid Business Analyst's certification, through an accredited entity such as the International Institute of Business Analysis or the Project Management Institute.
Desired Skills:
Key Staff has experience, expertise, and/or certification in the following areas within the last ten (10) years:
A minimum of two (2) years' experience working as part of an Agile team.
