Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with global lithium and lead-acid battery standards across manufacturing plants and branch facilities.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of battery products, including setup, ordering, delivery, storage, installation, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Research and interpret country, state, and local regulations to support lithium battery deployment in new facilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to integrate lithium battery requirements into facility planning for new product introductions.
  • Support Purchasing in evaluating battery suppliers, focusing on manufacturing capabilities and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • 8-15 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree
    • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driving privileges
  • Ability to travel frequently (6-20%), including overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate technical degree or a combination of technical and business degrees.
  • Extensive manufacturing experience, including global plant operations.
  • Proven project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-year projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of lithium battery manufacturing processes and related regulations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
