Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and every other Saturday/Sunday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The LPN will train with the client's regular nurse on May 27th, with the regular schedule starting on May 30th.

- Provide direct patient care and support to clients in a one-on-one setting.
- Assist with medication administration and management.
- Monitor and document patients' health status and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Compliance / Notes
Orientation will include some training in the office with the Director of Nursing, followed by training with one of the client's regular nurses. There is no designated 30-minute meal break, but LPNs are permitted to take food into the home and eat while working.
