Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the commercial sales team with various operational responsibilities to include post-sale order management, customer billing, USAC billing, and quality assurance.  The position will require working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and external stakeholders.  The role combines project coordination, and billing system management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sale order activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery and billing initiation
  • Work with customers and external organizations to resolve order and billing challenges
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service)
  • Works with governmental institutions (USAC)

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service, operations, or related experience
  • Telecommunications experience preferred
  • Experience with billing systems or CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience managing projects and cross-functional coordination
