This role is specifically for opportunities in the aviation construction management sector.
- Champion project safety, quality, scheduling, and risk management initiatives across assigned projects.
- Partner with field leadership to establish and maintain project safety and quality expectations.
- Lead proactive identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks that may impact project performance.
- Support resolution of complex project, operational, and risk-related challenges.
- Maintain accountability for project forecasting, budgeting, billing, cash flow management, and overall financial performance.
- Lead administration of prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and project agreements.
- Direct contractual communications, compliance efforts, and change management processes.
- Evaluate cost impacts, forecast variances, contractual risks, and financial exposures while implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Support avoidance and resolution of claims, disputes, and contractual conflicts.
- Provide guidance and oversight to project teams regarding financial management and contract administration best practices.

- Oversee turnover, commissioning, closeout, and project completion efforts to ensure successful project outcomes.

Physical Demands:
Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
