Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on a high-end custom residential construction project. In this role, you will be the primary on-site leader, ensuring that construction methodologies are executed with absolute precision, field crews and subcontractors are operating smoothly, and daily progress matches our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities

  • Site Management: Oversee all daily, hands-on operations on the jobsite to keep the custom residential build moving efficiently and safely.
  • Crew & Trade Coordination: Lead daily field workflows, direct crew tasks, and actively manage on-site subcontractors to maximize productivity.
  • Quality & Precision: Maintain rigid quality control across all construction phases, aligning built elements strictly with architectural specifications and plans.
  • Logistics & Organization: Track material deliveries, maintain an immaculate and secure jobsite layout, and anticipate field constraints before they impact the timeline.
  • Proactive Communication: Serve as the critical bridge between the field and the office, providing regular, clear progress updates and safety reporting to the project management team.


Required Qualifications
