Human Capital Analytics (Human Capital Research & Programmatic Evaluation): Support and enhance human capital analytics capabilities using agency-standard analytics platforms (e.g., Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) with Tableau supplementation) and continual enhancement of analytics tools for executive leaders, directorate leadership, and program analysts to use in support of assessing and planning activities.  Conducting workforce research, program evaluations, and compliance assessments aligned with OPM HRStat and the GPRA Modernization Act.  The ProSidian Engagement Team shall:

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, public policy, human resources, information systems, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.  8+ years of progressive experience in workforce analytics, human capital analytics, or enterprise BI in a federal or similarly regulated environment. Strong experience supporting executive reporting and evidence-based decision-making.
