  • Competitive Intelligence: Produce reports on paid media campaigns by classifying ads and creating data visualizations that explain spending in strategic terms for corporate and political clients.
  • Process Management: Enforce existing team processes and proactively identify pain points or areas for improvement within the workflow.
  • Cross-Team Communication: Serve as a bridge between client teams and technical operations, communicating fielding and project timelines effectively.

  • Strategic Context: A developing understanding of BPIโ€™s broader offerings, including how media strategy and ad tech integrate with data science deliverables.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to pick up new data sets, quickly spot errors, and serve as a reliable backstop for proofing team data.
  • Professional Communication: Strong written communication skills and the ability to provide direct, constructive feedback to peers.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A desire to tackle hard problems from first principles and an eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
  • Experience: 2โ€“3 years of experience in data analysis, paid media, or politics.
