Responsibilities
  • Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations to support the DOWโ€™s contractโ€™s objectives.
  • Utilize Tableau and Foundry applications, including Contour and Quiver, to create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with the Foundry instance within the War Data Platform and Palantir Foundry platforms, collaborating with team members who possess experience in these systems.
  • Work with different data sources, ensuring data is accurately collected, transformed, and loaded for analysis.
  • Clean and preprocess data to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and outliers.
  • Employ statistical techniques to interpret and validate data trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver insights that support the contractโ€™s objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adhere to data security and privacy protocols, including Palantirโ€™s privacy and civil liberty (PCL) principles, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Palantir Foundry applications such as Contour, Quiver, and Object Explorer.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Databricks); familiarity with Palantir Foundryโ€™s data integration and ontology (data model) capabilities is a plus.
