Job description

Job Summary:
Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. They are seeking a Portfolio Insights & Analytics Lead to develop project timelines, act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, and ensure timely project completion while leveraging advanced technologies for financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs
• Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Data Analytics & Insight Generation - Ability to analyze portfolio data and derive actionable insights for decision-making
• Executive Dashboarding and Visualization (Power BI / Tableau)
• Portfolio Data Management & Governance - Maintain a centralized, transparent portfolio view across programs / projects
• SQL / Data Processing skills - Query, transform, and analyze large datasets for reporting and insights
• Experience in Build and optimize Power BI dashboards for asset performance, sustainability metrics, and decarbonization projects.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau and SQL tuning.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
