You will create executive-level insights and recommendations while delivering the analytical deliverables that underpin data-driven decision-making. This dual mandate requires executive presence and technical proficiency: someone equally comfortable presenting to C-suite leaders as they are building data visualizations, working in Excel, and leveraging internal AI tools. As a trusted thought leader, you will provide data-driven recommendations aligned with Amazon's immediate and long-term strategic objectives while maintaining ultimate accountability for accuracy and quality of all deliverables.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Hone and execute a holistic research and insights program for GREF, collaborating with JLL Research, Consulting, Marketing, and business stakeholders across regions
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior client leadership, translating complex themes into clear, compelling, and predictive insights that drive decision-making
  • Produce analytical and mapping deliverables (commute studies, portfolio maps, demographic analyses, site-level research) to support portfolio strategy and transactions
  • Lead production of pre-defined and ad hoc research requests, ensuring consistent quality and timeliness across multiple stakeholders
  • Proactively leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to maximize efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks
  • Communicate insights via traditional reporting and advanced data visualization tools, including JLL's proprietary technologies and GIS platforms (MapIT, ArcGIS, or similar)
  • Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to manage research intake, prioritization, and delivery timelines
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, urban planning, real estate, or related field
  • 7+ years in commercial real estate research, consulting, or closely related field; industrial or office sector experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to operate as both strategic leader and hands-on producer and own the full lifecycle from executive presentation through deliverable production
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skillset with a data excellence mindset; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Dynamic presentation skills and executive presence; experienced engaging senior leaders with insight-driven content
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Command of commercial real estate fundamentals with the strategic orientation to translate knowledge into forward-looking recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • GIS experience (MapIT, ArcGIS, or similar platforms)
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to scale individual output
  • Experience maintaining deep knowledge of macro and micro factors affecting corporate real estate
  • Track record of building strong relationships across complex client organizations and internal networks
