Job description

AC Care LLC is looking for a motivated, compassionate, dedicated, energetic, responsible and hardworking RN/LPN to provide skilled nursing care to a special needsโ€™ young adult in his home and/or accommodate him to adult day program. This opening is seeking several on-call nurses.

Thursday shifts must be able to start at 7:30am or earlier in the morning and stay to 5:30pm or later in the afternoon, the shift can be up to 12 hours during the week.ย  Thursday is for the nurse accompany the client to the Day Program.ย  Saturday is at home shift can be 8-10 hourly if desires.

In addition to medical care, the nurse is also responsible to personal care such as talking to the client, diaper change, dressing, position change by using lift, placing on various braces, shower, range of motion, oral feeding and/or g-tub feeding for liquids and oral feeding with pureed food, and assisting in Day Program activities.

This position is looking for an active working nurses, able to communicate to and play with the client. some orange of motion exercises. This position is not a position for nurse sitting from a distance and observe. Interaction with the client is a must.

The pay rate is $47.
