Description
To provide comprehensive administrative support by managing office operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient processing of documents and data, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to college policies.
Reports To: Department or Division Supervisor
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, managing all communications, inquiries, and reception duties.
- Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, scheduling, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Oversee data management, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Supervise and support student assistants and other temporary staff, as required.
- Implement and maintain departmental software and manage updates to web content and online resources.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all student records and information in compliance with FERPA.
- Provide comprehensive support for financial aid processes, including assisting students with documentation and inquiries.
- Handle document processing and imaging tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and file management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with all college policies and procedures.
- Work assigned schedule and comply with the timekeeping policy.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by appropriate supervisory personnel.
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED.
PREFERRED:
Associate's degree or certificate
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two (2) years' work experience as in a general office environment.
