Senior Payroll Specialist

Contract Position | Potential for Extension


Seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, compliance, tax, garnishments, reconciliations, and payroll data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in a high-volume payroll environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage payroll data, deductions, taxes, and wage garnishments.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll master data, including cost centers.
  • Support payroll tax compliance and reporting.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and other teams to resolve payroll issues.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) required.
  • Experience with payroll taxes and garnishments.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Preferred

  • Experience with both ADP and SAP ECP.
  • ADP SmartCompliance experience.
  • SAP HCM or other payroll system experience.
