Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Clerk to support payroll processing and general administrative functions. This role involves preparing and correcting payroll entries, validating timekeeping data, maintaining employee records, and supporting interaction with HR providing documentation and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate is accurate, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Review, prepare, and correct payroll entries in coordination with department leads.

·       Verify employee timecards, attendance records, schedule changes, and overtime requests.

·       Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll-related documentation prior to submission.

·       Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including missing punches, incorrect codes, or reporting errors.

·       Maintain employee files and administrative documentation, both digital and physical.

·       Support onboarding/offboarding processes with required documentation.

·       Generate reports (attendance, payroll discrepancies, overtime summaries, etc.).

·       Perform data entry and record updates in HR systems and shared databases.

·       Assist with audit preparation, compliance checks, and record validation.

·       Coordinate communication between HR, supervisors, and employees regarding payroll-related issues.

·       Provide general administrative support, including emails, scheduling, filing, and document control.

·       Maintain strict confidentiality of handled information

Candidate Requirements:

·       High school diploma or GED required.

·       1 years of experience in payroll support, administrative assistance, HR clerk work, or related roles.
