We are hiring for an HR Generalist who is hands-on and can support a wide range of human resources activities, including full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle management, and daily HR operations. This position partners closely with employees and leaders to maintain accurate HR records, uphold policy and regulatory compliance, and support onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and reporting initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Generalist Duties

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns, offering guidance on topics such as leaves, policies, or workplace issues and escalating issues based on complexity and risk.
  • Maintain accurate employee records using ADP software, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Ensure job requirements and job descriptions are updated and accurate for all positions.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR transactions through ADP
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
  • Assist with performance management processes, employee documentation, and HR reporting
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as needed

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for exempt and nonexempt roles, from intake meetings through offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruiting strategies
  • Post and manage job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support selection decisions
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Create a positive, hightouch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare and extend offers, background checks, and onboarding documentation
  • Develop pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions as well as hard to fill locations.
  • Provide consultation and training to hiring managers regarding recruitment and selection processes as well as interviewing.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on timetohire, pipelines, and hiring outcomes
  • Support workforce planning and ongoing talent initiative.

JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
  • Handson experience using ADP Vantage
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Recruiter with significant exposure to Generalist work.
  • PHR/ SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sedentary Work- This role may require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Most essential functions are performed while sitting but walking and standing are occasionally required.
  • Visual acuity is required for the preparation, analyzing, and reviewing of data.
