An Adoption Intake Coordinator is responsible for guiding prospective adoptive parents, birth parents, and children through the initial stages of the adoption process. They conduct interviews, gather necessary documentation, provide information about adoption procedures, and assess eligibility. These coordinators also serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring that all involved parties understand the next steps and requirements for moving forward. Their role is crucial in facilitating clear communication and supporting families throughout the early phase of adoption.

What are the typical challenges faced by an adoption intake coordinator during the initial intake process?

Adoption Intake Coordinators often encounter challenges such as managing sensitive conversations with prospective adoptive families and birth parents, handling high volumes of inquiries, and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. They must balance empathy and professionalism while gathering crucial information and maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, coordinators must be adept at prioritizing cases and collaborating closely with social workers, legal teams, and other adoption professionals to ensure a smooth intake experience for all parties involved.

Job description

Customer Success Coordinator - Adoption

Allego is a rapidly growing SaaS technology company in the Boston area and creator of the market-leading Revenue Enablement Platform. Our technology helps Go-To-Market teams build the skills and access the knowledge they need to succeed in every selling situation.

Allego is the only revenue enablement platform to be named a Leader in both the Forrester Wave™ and the inaugural Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Enablement Platforms.

Not only are we growing quickly, but we've also been recognized as a top place to work by The Boston Business Journal, The Boston Globe, and Inc. Magazine. In addition, Selling Power named Allego one of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For in both 2025 and 2026.

What You'll Do at Allego:

The Customer Success Coordinator (CSC) is a key member of Allego's Customer Success organization, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers to help customers successfully execute their enablement initiatives and get more value from the Allego platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, tech savvy, curious, and energized by solving problems. The ideal CSC enjoys learning how technology works, can manage multiple priorities at once, and is equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with customers and internal teams.

The CSC role is also the first step on Allego's Customer Success career path and is designed for someone who is excited to build the skills and experience needed to grow into a Customer Success Manager role over time.

In This Role, You Will
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to support the execution of customer adoption initiatives and success plans.
  • Develop deep expertise in the Allego platform and apply that knowledge to help customers configure Allego features in support of their enablement initiatives.
  • Manage customer and CSM execution requests through an intake process, balancing priorities and delivering work accurately and efficiently.
  • Lead customer-facing configuration sessions, office hours, and platform training as appropriate.
  • Partner with Allego Support and other internal teams when customer needs require technical troubleshooting or escalation.
  • Deliver scoped Success Acceleration Services (SAS) engagements, providing hands-on configuration and execution support for defined customer initiatives.
  • Oversee a portfolio of Digital customers, providing reactive support to aid in new feature and use case adoption.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activities, requests, and outcomes in Salesforce and ChurnZero.
Experience You'll Bring to Allego:
  • 1–2+ years of professional experience in customer service, customer success, or account management preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for becoming an expert in a SaaS platform.
  • A natural curiosity and ability to quickly learn new products, workflows, and customer use cases.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple CSM and customer requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • A high level of ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through with customers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting directly with customers.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce and ChurnZero experience are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits :

$30,000 - $50,000 USD annually (paid in local currency), which equates to approximately 94M COP - 156M COP per year

Your Employer of Record (EOR) will be Remote, which manages your payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance. As an employee based in Colombia, you'll operate under a service agreement rather than an employment contract, while still receiving Remote's standard contractor benefits such as secure payments and access to benefits packages, including health benefits. This setup allows you to work fully remotely while collaborating closely with our team.
