Sr. Adobe Analytics Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics Analyst to support our eCommerce team by delivering actionable insights, managing analytics implementations, and driving data-informed business decisions. This role will own analytics reporting, dashboard development, customer journey analysis, tagging strategy, and A/B testing analysis.
Must Have: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Tagging Implementation, Mobile Analytics, Segmentation, Calculated Metrics, A/B Testing Analysis, Retail eCommerce Experience, Dashboard Development, and Executive-Level Communication Skills.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and site performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting (sales, traffic, conversion, revenue).
  • Own Adobe Analytics reporting, segmentation, calculated metrics, and report suite management.
  • Manage website and mobile tagging strategy using Adobe Launch.
  • Partner with Development and QA teams to ensure analytics data accuracy and quality.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives through measurement planning and post-test analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, UX, and Finance teams.
  • Present findings and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Must have hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics 3+ years.
  • Must have strong knowledge of tagging implementation, segmentation, calculated metrics, and reporting.
  • Must have experience with retail eCommerce analytics.
  • Must have experience supporting A/B testing and optimization programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Must be local to DFW to work onsite hybrid
Must have supreme communication skills
