Job description

Bloomfield, Connecticut (remote for few months)
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with 6 years of experience in Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5
• Strong JEE and front end technology experience in Angular, JQuery, SASS, CSS
• Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.
• Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Dispatcher, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required.
• Experience with integrating AEM with other products and vendors specifically targeting Social Integrations
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
• Strong knowledge and experience in integration with components of Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Campaign)
• Be well-versed with AEM workflows setup and maintenance as well as User and Group Management
• Ability to fine-tune AEM application for optimal performance, including configuring Threads, Heap, GC Policy. FEO, JS and CSS minification and optimization. Should be familiar with application profilers
• Should understand Tag management using Tealium / Adobe DTM
• Familiarity with A/B Testing and Adobe Target
• Should be able design technical solutions to business problems effectively
• Should be able to present point of views on different features in a given context
• Should be able to drive technical discussions with the customer and drive decision making from technical standpoint
• Work with team members and mentor them on a day to day basis to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality
• Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc
• Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments and migrations
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Broad web and digital knowledge, an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving as well as mentoring/guiding other members of the team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions. Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders
• Driving efficiencies and implementing roadmap to constantly improve speed of response
• Carry out periodic Service reviews and identify areas of service improvement actions. Implement service improvement action plan
