Title: Adobe DAM Business Analyst (AEM Assets & Sites)Location: Hybrid (U.S. - MN, CO, ND, SD, TX, NM, MI)

Are you an experienced Adobe-focused Business Analyst ready to make a real impact on a large-scale digital transformation? Trissential is hiring an Adobe DAM Business Analyst to join our client's team on a high-visibility CMS re-platforming initiative. You'll help migrate from Salesforce CMS to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), shaping how content and digital assets are managed, delivered, and personalized across the enterprise.

This is not just another BA role - you'll play a pivotal part in defining how content, assets, and personalization come together across a modern Adobe ecosystem.

What's in It for You?

  • Work on a high-budget, enterprise-scale Adobe transformation project
  • Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced Agile team that values continuous improvement
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge Adobe tools including AEM Sites, AEM Assets (DAM), and Adobe Target
  • Influence how digital experiences are built, delivered, and optimized for customers
  • Join a team that balances high performance with a supportive culture (and a healthy sense of humor)

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Write high-volume, high-quality user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria
  • Gather and define DAM requirements including metadata schemas, taxonomy, workflows, and governance
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements for developers and system integrators
  • Support asset and content migration efforts including mapping, ingestion, and rights management
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum teams, and stakeholders to drive delivery
  • Define requirements for personalization (Adobe Target) and website search functionality
  • Document integration requirements across tools like GA4, Salesforce CRM, Medallia, and SSO
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Support UAT and functional validation, ensuring solutions meet business and user expectations
  • Act as a quality advocate for the overall customer experience and delivery outcomes

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with AEM Assets (DAM) and AEM Sites CMS
  • Deep understanding of DAM concepts: metadata, taxonomy, workflows, renditions, and governance
  • Experience gathering requirements for digital asset migration and bulk ingestion processes
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target and personalization strategies (A/B testing, audience targeting)
  • Experience defining website search requirements (indexing, filters, relevancy tuning)
  • Expertise in writing clear, business-focused user stories with strong acceptance criteria
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma (reviewing), MS Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to balance technical feasibility with business needs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Tags
  • Prior involvement in Salesforce-to-Adobe (or similar) migrations
  • Experience in large enterprise or regulated industry environments
  • Familiarity with end-to-end CMS and DAM integrations
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide initiatives within large, complex, highly matrixed organizations, with the ability to navigate governance, compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder environments while driving successful outcomes across high-volume, multi-system landscapes that impact broad user populations at scale

Education & Certifications You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Computer Science)
  • Agile/Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar)
