Job description

Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Digital Measurement & Optimization Lead to join our Marketing Analytics team and own the end-to-end digital measurement strategy for Bio-Rad.com. In this role, you will lead the implementation, governance, and advancement of our web analytics foundation using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch), while supporting experimentation measurement through Adobe Target.

This is a highly visible and impactful opportunity to shape how Bio-Rad measures and optimizes digital experiences across discovery, engagement, and conversion. As Bio-Rad continues to modernize its digital ecosystem, you will play a key role in building a scalable, future-ready measurement framework that supports today's business needs and positions the organization for continued evolution toward journey-centric analytics capabilities, such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

At Bio-Rad, our digital platforms are an extension of our mission to advance scientific discovery and improve healthcare. Your work will help ensure customers can more easily find, engage with, and benefit from the solutions that support critical research and diagnostics worldwide.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Own Bio-Rad's enterprise implementation of Adobe Analytics, ensuring tracking architecture (eVars, events, props, classifications, segments, KPI definitions) is accurate, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead configuration and governance of Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, including rules, data elements, extensions, environments, and deployment workflows to ensure high-quality digital instrumentation.
  • Partner closely with eBusiness, IT, and Marketing teams to define measurement requirements for new site experiences and digital capabilities, embedding analytics early in the development lifecycle.
  • Design and enhance modern measurement frameworks, event taxonomies, and tagging strategies that support Bio-Rad's evolving website and digital platform initiatives.
  • Create and maintain critical measurement artifacts such as tracking plans, Solution Design References (SDRs), event governance standards, and implementation documentation.
  • Support measurement and reporting for Adobe Target experimentation (A/B and multivariate tests), ensuring experiences are properly instrumented and tied to meaningful engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into digital performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze website behavior and experiment outcomes to deliver actionable insights that improve user experience and drive business impact.
  • Proactively audit implementations, troubleshoot data quality issues using Adobe Experience Platform Debugger and browser developer tools, and continuously improve measurement reliability.
  • Contribute to Bio-Rad's analytics roadmap by enabling readiness for more journey-based measurement approaches, including potential adoption of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of experience in digital measurement, web analytics implementation, or related roles, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of analytics instrumentation for a large-scale website.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, with experience building, governing, and scaling enterprise-grade measurement frameworks.
  • Experience supporting experimentation measurement using Adobe Target or a comparable testing and optimization platform, with the ability to connect test outcomes to meaningful business and customer KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of modern digital measurement best practices, including event-based tracking, data layers, tagging governance, and scalable instrumentation design.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as they relate to analytics implementation, debugging, and collaborating effectively with development teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into digital performance, engagement, and conversion behavior.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical measurement into actionable business insight.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
  • Future-ready mindset: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK, XDM concepts, and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is a plus.
