Job description

The Opportunity

Adobe Express is one of Adobe's fastest-growing products, used by millions of people every day to build and share content across social, work, and personal moments. The PLG Engagement team is responsible for how users discover Express, what brings them back, and how the product grows its reach across new surfaces and audiences.

This role centers on growth at scale, reaching beyond Express' own surfaces by integrating with the broader product portfolio, external partnerships, and fresh distribution channels. You will work where product, partnerships, and ecosystem strategy meet, deciding how Express is represented throughout Adobe and externally. You will help transform new audiences into committed, long-term users. If you enjoy addressing large, uncertain problems and have a history of clarifying direction and advancing organizations, this role is ideal for you!

What you'll Do
  • Define and drive the strategy for Express growth through Adobe's ecosystem and external partnerships, with a clear roadmap and accountability for outcomes.
  • Incubate new high-value use cases and engagement models to deepen product engagement.
  • Champion the customer by bringing to bear user research and insights to inform product decisions and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Develop and launch experiments to validate hypotheses and improve growth and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive high-impact initiatives, balancing trade-offs, managing risks, and keeping collaborators informed.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, driving alignment and fast decisions.
What You'll Bring
  • Over 10 years of product management experience with a proven history of leading complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through distribution, ecosystem partnerships, or cross-product integration, not just in-product optimization.
  • Strong positioning and storytelling capabilities with the ability to translate product innovation into a clear strategy and differentiated value.
  • Someone who consistently supports and uplifts their colleagues and projects, providing clear direction and thoughtful strategic insight.
  • Outstanding cross-functional influence and executive communication skills.
  • Deep experience with product-led growth models and retention mechanics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required; MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • People leadership experience a plus, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
