This role goes beyond traditional FP&A! It involves crafting the financial strategy of Acrobat Enterprise' next phase of growth. This includes defining, pricing, and scaling value. What You'll Do

Partner closely with business model strategy and go-to-market teams, ensuring strong product positioning. Maintain a clear view of strategic priorities and execution timelines.
  • Lead end-to-end financial reporting and analytics efforts, including ARR and critical usage metrics, by developing scalable processes that drive timely insights, automation, and performance visibility across the business on trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Influence cross-functional peers & leadership to align strategy, targets, and priorities and champion critical initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial insights that drive decision-making.
  • Guide, support, and develop your team, promoting teamwork and high performance based on core Adobe values.

What You Need to Be Successful
  • Minimum of 10+ years in FP&A or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in the Enterprise SaaS product finance roles highly preferred. Management consulting or Investment Banking experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or comparable advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to challenge the status quo and provide recommendations. Ability to adapt quickly to change and champion the advancement of FP&A processes, tools, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and frame effective solutions
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and business partnering skills. Ability to convey financial information to non-financial partners clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and encourage teams, providing mentorship and guidance to ignite their full potential.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, automation, and reporting at scale. Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL), data visualization (e.g. PowerBI or Tableau) and financial reporting systems is highly preferred.
