Job description

As the product team behind Adobe Acrobat, we operate the world's largest document ecosystem, reaching more than 1B users each year. As Generative AI changes how users read, comprehend, and create documents, there is an opportunity to define the roadmap for Adobe Acrobat with Generative AI. You will be working with a dedicated and highly motivated team of product managers responsible for defining Acrobat's long-term vision and strategy and helping grow the business. Your role will include defining the product vision and features, presenting requirements with multiple teams, and ensuring that the product meets our customer needs. Strong leadership skills will be required to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

  • Define and champion your product vision and strategy. A key focus area will be Generative AI-powered workflows.

  • Be a part of Acrobat's core product management team and help drive Adobe's overall product strategy for flagship offerings in this business.

  • Work with highly talented and hardworking engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive business success.

  • Execute the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements by working closely with customers, partners, internal product teams, engineering, and senior management.

  • Research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis

  • Define prioritized feature requirements along with an overall product roadmap

  • Measure and assess the efficacy of the product roadmap for customer delight and business success

  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, marketing, support, and partners to deliver the right product to the market

What you need to succeed:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience.

  • Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products. Experience in building Generative AI-powered products is a Plus.

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt. Experience launching several products or services from concept to 1.0. Enjoys digging into the data and details and getting into the weeds when needed.

  • Strategic, first principles builder - able to make product decisions through using qualitative and quantitative inputs. Can make decisions and guide the team on ambiguous new areas.

  • Strong communication and social skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
