Job Description
  • 10 hours
    Assist the Office of Admissions with assembling information packets, preparing admissions materials and mailings.
    Assist at the welcome desk.
    Assist with inventory management of admissions collateral materials.
    Data entry of new prospects and applications.
    Process admission materials.
    Answer Admissions general phone line and emails.
    Assist with Campus Tours
  • 2-4 hours
    Assist with events.
  • 1-2 hours
    Provide campus tours for prospective students
  • 2 hours
    Serve as a student panelist at admissions events.
  • 2 hours
    Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be Federal Work-Study (FWS) eligible through your institution.
  • Reliable availability of up to 20 hours weekdays between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT (Flexible schedule)
  • Able to commute to Campus for 1 or more weekdays per week
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Clear, warm written communication
  • Comfortable on phones and speaking to students
  • Comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace/Drive; willing to learn
  • Collaborative, community-minded, and able to hold confidentiality
