Schedule: Part-Time | Weekends

Join Our Team

St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Weekend Admissions Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in creating a positive first impression for residents, families, and visitors.

As the Weekend Admissions Assistant, you will help coordinate the admissions process, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming experience for incoming residents while working closely with the clinical and admissions teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the resident admissions and intake process

  • Welcome new residents and their families with professionalism and compassion

  • Prepare and organize admission paperwork and resident files

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

  • Coordinate with nursing, social services, and other departments to ensure smooth admissions

  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records

  • Verify required admission documents and assist with data entry

  • Support the Admissions Coordinator with administrative tasks as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, referral sources, and visitors
