This position will be partially based in the following office location:
Manchester, NH
For hybrid roles, employees must be able to commute to Manchester, NH on a regular basis.
The opportunity
In this role you will support both admission and academic advising in the enrollment, document procurement and course registration phases of the student journey. You will have the ability to maintain open lines of communication with partners and remain organized, efficient, and accurate while completing this work. You will report to a Processing Team Leader. The Admission Processing Coordinator (Dual-place) is a largely administrative role with primary responsibilities focused on building and maintaining electronic files for all incoming SNHU students. The ability to work on-site is an essential function of this role to facilitate certain work assignments crucial to the Admission Processor's (Dual-Place) responsibilities that can only be performed on-site. This position is a hybrid role and you are required to work on-site at least 1 day per workweek, with the option to work remotely for the other 4 days per workweek. "#LI-hybrid"
Main Responsibilities

  • You will foster a positive atmosphere through demonstrated knowledge and an upbeat demeanor
  • You will be a culture ambassador and department representative in all cross-functional interactions
  • You will learn, use, and navigate existing and new computer systems
  • You will maintain a pace of completion commensurate with the task being performed
  • You will use SNHU's Customer Relationship Management software to build, track, and maintain accurate student records
  • You will retrieve, prepare, and scan documents into the electronic filing system
  • You will maintain organization of physical documents in accordance with the retention policy
  • You will print, process, and mail checks generated for transcript requests
  • You will support remote staff through document troubleshooting
  • You will communicate with external institutions by phone and email to support our students
  • You will maintain student and affiliation account records
  • You will accurately enter data with strong attention to detail and apply critical thinking
  • You will have a vast understanding of and follow existing policies and procedures in support of the complex and nuanced job responsibilities of the department
  • You will complete course registration and withdrawal requests on behalf of the student
  • You will assign students to an academic advisor
  • You will collaborate with internal customers and communicate critical data sets

What We're Looking For:
  • Associate degree required
  • Two years experience in a fast-paced, large-volume, professional workplace
  • Proficiently in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to pass a Financial Services background check
Work Schedule:
  • Regular Hours: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm EST
  • Remote work permitted for four days weekly
  • One day required on-site
  • Weekend hours: A minimum of one Saturday or Sunday per year will be required for coverage around term starts. Coverage assigned as needed.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $15.87 - $25.41. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $17.54 - $23.74.
