Job Description Clearing Operations Analyst - Chicago, ILADM Investor Services, Inc.Position Summary:The primary role of the Operations Analyst II is to process option expirations, early exercises/assignments and contraries aswell as processing end of day checkouts. Secondary responsibilities include processing various customer requests.Theserequests may include (but not limited to) allocating trades that have been executed in suspense accounts;granting/maintaining customer portal access; broker trade/position requests.Collaboration to discover efficiencies in stronglyencouraged.The Operations Analyst II will report to the Customer Service Team Lead.Job Responsibilities:Insuring all trades in suspense accounts are allocated/accepted prior to the end of the day.Accept or reject all trades allocated to ADMIS prior to the end of the day.Processing Option ExpirationsAddressing Broker/customer requests including:Account correctionsOffsetsCommission adjustmentsCustomer portal accessTrade entry system limit adjustmentsJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)2 years of futures clearing experienceKnowledge of US exchange clearing systemsStrong attention to detailsAbility to independently solve problemsKnowing when to escalate to the next levelStrong communication (spoken and written) skills for coordination, reporting and analysisListening skillsCustomer focusedComfortable in working in team environmentPreferred Qualifications (optional):Advance experience of MS Office including ExcelWorking knowledge of bookkeeping systems; LISA middle office systemExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed? REF:110386BRBase pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
