Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future The Privacy Compliance Analyst role reports to the Lennar Technology Group, Privacy IT Senior Manager on the Controls & Compliance Team.

The Analyst utilizes business knowledge in combination with practice skills to monitor, detect, identify, analyze, evaluate, report and assist in the response of data privacy and protection. The Role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and legal to implement our data protection framework by design and default. Expertise in privacy regulations and ability to interpret and apply them to our data processing and marketing practices will be essential in mitigating risks and maintaining our executive stakeholders’ and consumers' trust.

Your Responsibilities on the Team Stay informed on privacy regulations like CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, and UCPA. Process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) to ensure compliance and provide necessary training. Prepare monthly and yearly DSAR reports.

Maintain and update DSAR response templates as needed. Analyze consumer communication preferences and trends. Work with marketing teams on privacy requests, consent mechanisms, and opt-out options.

Advise internal teams on privacy regulations and best practices. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices. Maintain documentation of compliance activities.

Conduct data protection impact assessments and review risk assessments for applications and vendors. Maintain the Privacy Department’s Risk Register. Fulfill additional relevant tasks as required.

Assist in product integration and enhance business value where necessary. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as privacy, information management, or a related discipline. Additional certifications in data protection and privacy are a plus.

Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations, such as CCPA, and other relevant laws, guidelines, and frameworks. Understanding of encryption mechanisms (data at rest and transit) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical scenarios. Detail-oriented and proactive approach to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement in privacy compliance.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate privacy-related concepts to diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. Familiarity with data protection impact assessments, data mapping, and other compliance-related tools and methodologies.

Adaptability, show flexibility in responding to team requests and changes. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Compliance Business Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
