What You'll Do:
As Property Manager, you'll be the face of the community and play a vital role in creating a positive living experience for residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • ย Managing rent and home payment collections.ย 
  • ย Building strong relationships with residents and providing excellent customer service.ย 
  • ย Marketing and leasing available homes and lots.ย 
  • ย Coordinating all move-in and move-out activities.ย 
  • ย Ensuring compliance with community rules and Federal Fair Housing regulations.ย 
  • ย Issuing notices and managing delinquency and eviction processes when necessary.ย 
  • ย Partnering with Maintenance to prepare vacant homes for new residents.ย 
  • ย Conducting regular property inspections and helping maintain community appearance.ย 
  • ย Communicating regularly with your Regional Manager regarding community operations and resident needs.ย 
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working with people.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • ย 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience.ย 
  • ย Strong customer service and communication skills.ย 
  • ย Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.ย 
  • ย Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.ย 
  • ย Experience with property management software; Rent Manager experience is a strong plus.
  • ย Valid driver's license.ย 
  • ย Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred.ย 
  • ย High school diploma or equivalent.ย 
  • ย Ability to pass a background check.ย
