As an Administrative Assistant with Total Rental Center, you'll provide the administrative and financial support that helps keep branch operations organized and running smoothly. You'll work closely with operations and accounting to process invoices, maintain accurate records, support reporting, and follow up on outstanding accounts.

You'll also assist with branch supplies, showroom needs, and customer calls as needed.

What You'll Do
  • Review invoices and route them to accounts payable for processing
  • Enter invoices and coordinate required approvals
  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly invoices and statements
  • Follow up on past-due invoices and customer accounts
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting between operations and accounting
  • Order office and branch supplies
  • Maintain accurate administrative and financial records
  • Assist with maintaining an organized and professional showroom
  • Support promotional ideas and coordinate promotional ordering
  • Answer and route incoming calls as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to branch operations

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, accounting support, office coordination, or operations support
  • Equipment rental, construction, or related industry experience preferred
  • Experience processing invoices, statements, or accounts payable documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with rental, accounting, or ERP software preferred
  • Comfortable managing recurring deadlines and changing priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and customer-friendly approach

This position requires frequent sitting and computer work, along with walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Employees must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and safely navigate active work areas and jobsites.

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.

Pay Transparency
$20—$25 USD
