We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator in Training (AIT) - . As an aspiring administrator, you will work closely with senior administrators to gain first-hand experience in managing and directing the daily operations of our organization.

The administrator in training will have an opportunity to learn the role of an administrator, including personnel management, budgeting and finance, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and a desire to learn about the healthcare industry.

Job Duties:

  • Work under the direction of senior administrators to learn the duties and responsibilities of managing and directing healthcare organization's activities.
  • Develop knowledge and skills necessary to manage personnel, including recruiting, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff.
  • Assist in the development and management of budgets, including revenue and expense forecasting.
  • Learn and ensure compliance with laws and regulations that impact the healthcare industry.
