Salesforce SaaS Platform Administrator
Pontiac, Michigan Onsite position
LongTerm Contract 2+ Years
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure and support Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
• Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation solutions.
• Support data management activities including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, user requests, and system performance concerns.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and integration tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
