Job description

Pay: $26-$30 per hour
Location: Springfield, MO
The Role
CSI is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales organization. This role is responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding, maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting sales leadership, and ensuring the administrative processes behind our sales team run efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new sales representatives, ensuring training, documentation, certifications, and system access are completed on schedule.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including user setup, permissions, troubleshooting, data maintenance, and report generation.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and support user adoption to ensure reliable sales reporting and customer information.
  • Schedule leadership meetings, team events, interviews, and key sales activities while managing calendars and logistics.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, hosting interviews, and tracking hiring progress.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting notes, distribute action items, and support ongoing sales communications.
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation, reports, and shared team resources.
  • Support sales leadership with administrative projects, reporting, cross-functional coordination, and special initiatives that improve team effectiveness.

Education & Training
  • High school diploma required; college credits desired; technical/mechanical emphasis. preferred.

Experience
  • 2+ years of administrative, sales operations, or sales support experience required.
  • Experience using CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding, recruiting, scheduling, or project support preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales leadership or customer-facing teams preferred.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
