About the Role

Seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support leadership and a large onsite team across Mountain View and Santa Clara locations. The role will manage day-to-day administrative, operational, procurement, facilities, and event-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Support hardware, equipment, and office supply procurement/orders.
  • Coordinate facilities, workspace, and onsite operational requests.
  • Support team meetings, events, and onsite activities.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, documents, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate personnel and department operational activities.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues.
  • Manage multiple priorities while providing timely and professional support.
  • Provide administrative support across Mountain View and Santa Clara as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
  • Prior administrative or professional support experience.
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work fully onsite and travel between Mountain View and Santa Clara.

Preferred Qualifications
