Work You'll Do * Provide strategic alignment of all projects to achieve the long-term vision of business growth and development of professionals * Develop senior level client relationships to understand priorities, goals, pain points, resources, and restrictions to accomplish immediate needs and understand long-term goals/growth plans * Establish milestones and program objectives for long-term growth * Create integrated master schedules and establish and implement SOPs and rigor across team delivery o Manage quality across artifacts/outcomes * Create and manage briefing development for clients and senior leaders * Possess strong communication and briefing skills * Manage risks and issues across projects that may impact the program as whole, to include sharing information and lessons learned across projects, while preventing duplication of effort * Develop and manage long-term pipeline opportunities through understanding of client needs, wants, and pain points; relationships; administrative and/or regulatory changes, etc. * Assess interdependences between projects to manage staffing to determine current and future skills needs to effectively deploy professionals while minimizing gaps in client service * Monitor overall program financial metrics and milestones aligned with yearly financial goals and objectives * Identify opportunities to streamline processes and actions across teams to reduce redundancy A successful candidate would possess these skills: * Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
