Job Description Administrative Operations Manager Location: Lawrenceville, GA Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: Starting at $60,000/year (commensurate with experience) About the Role We are seeking an organized, driven, and energetic Administrative Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Lawrenceville clinic. This role is ideal for a strong site leader, office manager, or practice coordinator with experience managing staff, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive center environment. Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is not required-we welcome leaders from medical, healthcare, clinic, or service-based management backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Communication: Supervise, mentor, and support local administrative staff; foster clear communication across clinical and operational teams. Staffing & Scheduling: Manage daily staff schedules, optimize clinic coverage, and coordinate onboarding for new team members. Facility & Supply Management: Oversee day-to-day facility upkeep, ensure safety and compliance, and manage inventory and supply procurement.

Center Growth & Outreach: Conduct tours for incoming clients and families, represent the facility positively, and support local initiatives to build the center's community presence. Operational Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational needs, administrative workflows, and problem resolution. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of leadership or administrative management experience in a medical office, clinic, healthcare facility, or fast-paced service environment.

Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing daily staff, resolving operational bottlenecks, and maintaining high team morale. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience conducting site tours or client presentations. Organization: Strong background in scheduling, vendor management, and resource allocation.

Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a welcoming environment for staff and visiting families.
