Job #: 159866 Title: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Location: DANVILLE, VA Salary Range: $18.45 Position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Description:
AmeriStaff is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Danville, VA area. The candidate will need to know excel, word, and basic bookkeeping.
Benefits of the Administrative Assistant:

  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
  • Typical will work approximately 30 hours er week, so the start or end times may be adjusted.
  • Pay: $18.45/hour
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Administrative support: provide general clerical support to the budget office.
  • Budget preparation: Assist in the preparation of budget proposals and financial reports, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Financial Record keeping; Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit budget and financial accountability reports and other financial reports as required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to facilitate efficient budget management and ensure that financial resources are utilized effectively.
