Job description

Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office and operations team. This role plays a key part in keeping daily administrative functions organized and running smoothly. Tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Support Accounting with basic administrative tasks (invoicing, filing, tracking documents)
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal schedules
  • Prepare and distribute internal reports and correspondence
  • Track and follow up on required paperwork and deadlines
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees
  • Provide general administrative support to management and office staff

Qualifications to include:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
