Bilingual (Spanish/English) Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Charlotte!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and looking to grow within a fast-paced staffing and recruiting environment.

Position: Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: Competitive wages based on experience

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to office staff
• Answer phones and assist candidates and clients
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain records and update databases
• Support recruiting and office operations

Requirements:
✔ Bilingual – English & Spanish required
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)
✔ Customer service or office experience preferred
