Position Overview
Green Dispensary is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Administrative Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for checking in guests, managing phone calls and online inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming front-of-house experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven cannabis retail environment.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Customer Check-In & Front Desk
  • Greet and welcome all customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Verify valid government-issued IDs in compliance with Nevada cannabis regulations
  • Check in customers using the store's verification system
  • Maintain accurate customer flow and waitlist management

Phone & Chat Support
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Manage online chat systems and respond promptly to messages
  • Provide accurate information about store hours, product availability, and promotions
  • Escalate customer concerns to management when needed

Customer Experience
  • Create a positive and welcoming first impression for all guests
  • Educate customers on available promotions, deals, and store offerings
  • Sign customers up for the dispensary's loyalty program and promote participation
  • Assist with general customer questions and direct them appropriately

Administrative Support
  • Support daily administrative tasks as needed
