Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in a high-demand environment. 

Our firm is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our office during tax season, year-round employment opportunities may be available. 

Compensation depends on experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Organize and process completed tax returns
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
