Administrative Assistant

LaSalle Network is hiring a sharp, adaptable Administrative Assistant to support a highly accomplished department head and their leadership team. This Administrative Assistant will work closely with a senior executive assistant, helping keep day-to-day operations, events and communications running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This Administrative Assistant role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the go-to person – balancing logistics, coordinating events and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support leadership and other team members
  • Coordinate speaker events, presentations and department-wide meetings
  • Manage travel logistics, itineraries and guest coordination
  • Organize recurring meetings and discussion groups
  • Oversee catering, scheduling and event preparation
  • Assist with expense tracking and reconciliation
  • Maintain organized records and manage email communications
  • Support general office operations and administrative needs

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities
  • Professional communication skills and confidence working with leadership
