We are looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to a business owner in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As the primary administrative support to the owner, you will help keep operations running efficiently by managing communications, coordinating appointments and follow-ups, organizing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with a variety of administrative and client service tasks. You'll regularly interact with clients, business partners, and team members, serving as one of the first points of contact and helping create a polished, welcoming, and professional experience.
