Job description

Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our team. The administrative assistant will work closely with the site manager and other site staff to assist in day-to-day administrative operations. They will assist new employees with onboarding and training, handle office records, and respond to client or employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will be English/ Spanish bilingual and have open availability.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities/Duties
  • Answer calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Manage office supplies and help place orders when necessary.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as employee hourly reports and employee timecards.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and training sessions.
  • Support supervisor with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
  • 1+ year(s) of administrative assistant, office assistant, front desk, or other similar experience. (required)
  • English/ Spanish Bilingual
  • Computer proficiency and experience using MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). (required)
  • Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to follow direction and ask questions for clarification, if needed
